personal practice today was What Exactly Does the Spirit Feel Like, by H. Sormaz. taught class using neck release pose, down dog 1 leg up, laying down forward fold. already 1/3 of the way through reading Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss - great book, I've learned so much.
pers. practice today: buzzing up the chakras. reading #AnatomyOfTheSpirit, by @CarolineMyss. things are starting to move in my deep power centers as I work through these books, establish boundaries in my life, and begin to distance myself from people who dim or leech my energy. so much discovery, so much healing. aho!
