practice included Uddiyana in Seated Cross-Legged followed by my abbreviated travel practice (with my pipes drained and the house frozen I am staying at a friend's house). until the weather warms up, these frigid winds lessen, and some of the snow melts, I shall not be teaching.
burned sage, sang, and danced the River Dance today. practice was my standard 45 minute travel session, two ab exercises, 4x Sun Salutations, and Happy Baby. aho!

Flew into LAX on 30 DEC2013, since arrival have been finding my yoga in surfing the waters and bicycling the streets of this wonderful Pueblo. Every other morning I make an abbreviated practice of hatha yoga, using throughout my day the breathing methods to calm my body and balance the senses. allah be praised. aho.
