practice today was session 4 of Embodying Enoughness, by TurbodogYoga. I used ho'oponopono during savasana to still the rising thoughts. this series is amazing - I am feeling alive and have better control over my thoughts and emotions. usually, while bicycling around in this bicycle-unfriendly town, I sponge anger, but with Embodying Enoughness I feel myself able to let that anger flow through me and not get stuck so easily. aho!
