personal practice today was part 5 of Embodying Enoughness by Turbodog Yoga, Chicago. one day to go before I complete my first 6-week-long round! I feel amazing, and I am accessing parts of my body and wrangling parts of my mind that had for so long been sealed off to me. taught today using Frog, Lions, Dolphin, Horse, Cobra, Camel, and my student did very well! the clouds they part, the sun is shining, I'm done with sadness, fear, and whining.

began my 6th and final week of the 1st round of Embodying Enoughness with the 5th session. Taught today using Kipalibathi, Chest Opener On Wall, Laying Down Spinal Twist One Leg Straight, Brain Balancing, and Back Traction in Baddha Konasa. Aho!
personal practice today was part 4 of Embodying Enoughess by Turbodog Yoga, Chicago. week 5 ends, week 6 - the final week of my full session - starts Monday. huzzah! taught today after a week's hiatus using Shower Pose, Lounge Lizzard, 4x Sun Salutations, Classic Seated Spinal Twist, Laying Down Spinal Twist (Knees Bent), and Uddiyana. started teaching a new student, her second class was yesterday, Thursday. she is young and strong and limber and a quick study, so quick and observant I have to be on my A-Game so that she does not start copying my bad habits. aho, huzzah, and mahalo.
Personal practice this morning was part 4 of Embodying Enoughness by Turbodog Yoga, Chicago. Tapped the morning away, energies aligned, bad thoughts fleeing before the awesome power of a compassionate attitude toward myself. Teaching a new student this afternoon, she is strong and limber and as an accomplished athlete faces few of the physical challenges I do. aho!
practice today was part 3 of Embodying Enoughness. week 5 is off and running, eons removed from week 1. I use ho'onoponopono now during tough parts of my day or to calm myself down when my mind starts racing, and I am beginning to feel balanced and confident in my practice and purpose in life. huzzah, and aho!

Practice today was a self-guided session including 4x Sun Salutations, Uddiyana in Cross-Legged Seated Forward Bend, chanting, dancing, Laying Down Spinal Twist, Savasana, & Cross-Legged Seated Spinal Twist. Huzzah.
Practice today was part 3 of Embodying Enoughness by Turbodog Yoga, Chicago. Thus concludes the fourth week of this practice and the second time I've done the first week of this series. With three weeks to go I am feeling terrific, fierce, and more alive than I have felt in decades. Taught today using Camel at the Wall, Eagle Lunge with Soft Lions, Reclining Hip Sequence, Brain Balancing, Neck Massage, and Brahmeri. Aho!
