Practice today was part 3 of Embodying Enoughness by Turbodog Yoga, Chicago. Thus concludes the fourth week of this practice and the second time I've done the first week of this series. With three weeks to go I am feeling terrific, fierce, and more alive than I have felt in decades. Taught today using Camel at the Wall, Eagle Lunge with Soft Lions, Reclining Hip Sequence, Brain Balancing, Neck Massage, and Brahmeri. Aho!
