practice today was part 3 of Embodying Enoughness. week 5 is off and running, eons removed from week 1. I use ho'onoponopono now during tough parts of my day or to calm myself down when my mind starts racing, and I am beginning to feel balanced and confident in my practice and purpose in life. huzzah, and aho!
