at 4:00 am, burned the sage and prayed to the Four Directions, speaking German. chanted Win-De-Ya-Ho, May All People Walk In Beauty, and Sa-Sa. practice today was What Exactly Does The Spirit Feel Like, by Heidi Sormaz. held Forearm Balance for six whole breaths! thanks Heidi for this well-cued and healing class. taught today using Lunge with Back Toes Pointed and Knee Up, 4x Suns, Uddiyana in Seated Forward Bend Legs Crossed, Dolphin at the beginning and end of class (to teach student the difference in feeling), Twisting Lunge, and Frog Lifting Through. student said that class was a good workout. huzzah!
