taught using Forward Fold in Baddha Konasana, 6x Suns with Eyes Closed, Chest Opener on the Wall, Laying Down Spinal Twist One Leg Straight, and Back Traction in Baddha Konasana. personal practice was Just To Get Here by Heidi Sormaz (the one with music). despite bicycling injuries to left knee and elbow I held Forearm Balance and Handstand for many breaths and did many deep lunges. a good day, much stretching and healing thoughts. aho!
