Bridge - Wheel - Bridge was fantastic today as I lifted up into Wheel twice without struggle and held both times for 3 whole breath-counts. taught today despite many distractions using Uddiyana in Baddha Konasana, 6 rounds of Sun Salutations, Twisting Lunge into Pigeon, and Triangle into Pyramid with Achilles Tendon Stretch. by end of class student was sweaty and loose. aho!
