practice today was session #3 by Embodying Enoughness, although I skipped the Power Lizards at the end because I had run out of time. bicycled through the rain and cold and dark down into town to teach - Dolphin at the Wall Both Legs Up (my student stayed up unassisted for 3 whole Ujjayi breaths!!), Pigeon, Modified Side-Bend (put blocks under hands, which changed the whole game), 4x Suns, and Laying Down Spinal Twist One Leg Straight. a good day. aho!
