personal practice today was Stuck in the Body = Stuck in the Mind, by Heidi Sormaz. lifted into Wheel pose higher and more easily than ever before. floated into an effortless Bakasana, holding it without strain or tilting too far forward. taught a new student! the son of my regular student, he learned quickly and was very flexible. taught a modified beginners/intermediate class using Sun Salutations, Brahmeri, all three stages of Wrist Stretches, Dolphin, b-series with Eagle Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, Twisting Lunge, and Pigeon. savasan assists for all!
