personal practice today was Who's Got Your Back, by Heidi Sormaz. taught using six rounds of Sun Salutations, Twisting Horse, Warrior I & II, Twisting Lunge, Pigeon, B-Series with Boat & Cobra, Laying Down Spinal Twist Knees Bent. an early start, a cold ride down to teach. aho!
