class today was part 6 of Embodying Enoughness. my right front shin has healed to the point that doing the lunges and modified Suns of the class did not seem to have injured it anew - the bruise is massive but the injury seems to be healing. taught today using Brahmeri, Forearm Balance (my student lifted up into the pose and held it with only modest support from me!), and B-Series consisting of Warrior II with Shoulder Shrugs, Warrior I, Pyramid with Achilles Tendon Stretch, and Pigeon. skipped assisting in Shavasana to show student the difference between assisted and unassisted Final Resting Pose. aho!
