taught today using a long Pranayama - No Struggle Breath for at least five minutes focused on bringing breath into areas of the body normally deprived of feeling or nutrients or oxygen. then Chest Opener On The Wall, Dolphin at the Wall Both Feet Up (my student held himself up for 2 whole breaths!) 4x Suns, Eagle Warrior, & Pigeon. changing things up, avoiding stagnation, fill now the cup with the stolstice libation.
